The nurse was great and very supportive. The reception team answered my queries accurately and quickly.

I queried whether my symptoms could be caused by the menopause and in her response the nurse said it was unlikely, then asked me if I was planning to have children and when I said no, she said off hand "we'd be more concerned if you were planning to have children". I understand why this may be true but given the consequences that menopause can have I don't think whether I'm having children should be the deciding factor in finding out if it is or not. If my mental health challenges are hormonal anti depressants won't solve the problem and that should be taken into account.

Having recently joined the practice I have been very pleased that I seem to be on a proper call up system for regular check ups Having been with the previous practice for forty years without being called up once for either bloods or blood pressure monitoring although having gone through a traumatic bowl cancer operation and chemotherapy So keep up the efficient friendly service and only wish I had moved earlier

As always and every where you go parking is an issue
